RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Returns

We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:

  • The product be purchased only from www.regalshopper.com and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
  • Return request should be raised within 30 business days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 business day refund period. 
  • Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
  • Product should reach us in sellable condition.
  • Kindly note that during a promotion, specific rules will apply for returning a promotional product or freebies.

If you receive wrong product, damaged product or product different from what you have ordered, please write us to at support@regalshopper.com Our customer care team will get back to you within 24 hours.

To receive your refund please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an e-mail to support@regalshopper.com requesting your Return along with mentioning the detailed reason for returning the product.
  2. Upon approval of your request, you will receive the details of return shipping process.
  3. To assure your refund we request you to use a trackable mail service. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  4. Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to your e-mail address. 

(Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we do not cover custom fees for returns)

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: support@regalshopper.com

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In certain situations partial refunds might be granted if applicable (items not in original condition, damage or missing part, items returned more than 30 days after delivery)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund officially reflects in your bank account. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
